The Drago, available in white or black, draws inspiration from the medicinal pots crafted in the Italian village of Castelli, located in the Abruzzo region, renowned for its ceramic artistry. These vessels were traditionally used by apothecaries to store herbal syrups.

This ceramic vase, adorned with six dragon heads, reinterprets an original design from the famous Orsini-Colonna collection, commissioned by two ruling families in the 16th century for a luxurious wedding trousseau. Handcrafted, The Drago features meticulously molded heads, while the original decor has been subtly whitened.

The Drago is part of Cose in Corso's second collection, Apothecary, inspired by the Abruzzo region. This collection highlights ceramic pieces that reflect the beauty of a tradition that, although no longer existing, remains alive through forms and craftsmanship passed down through generations. Cose in Corso aims to reintroduce a poetic dimension into the creation process, with each collection inspired by history, archaeology, and geography, translating the essence of a region into tangible forms.
