Drawing inspiration from the rich local culture of Majorca and firmly believing in the untapped potential of indigenous materials combined with cutting-edge design and technology, Contain Design Studio creates striking pieces.
This new collection is the result of a collaboration with a local artisan, Paco Romero from Ceramica Primitiva, who lives and works in Galilea, a small village in the Sierra de Tramuntana, Majorca. His dialogue with clay is primitive; he works manually, without a wheel, using tools he finds in nature: stones, pebbles, and wood, with which he shapes each piece, imbuing them with his own character and personality. Behind this process lies a very limited production, based on meticulous attention to creation, where each piece receives the time it requires.
The Ceramic Scone 24 Wall Light is a conical piece crafted with mixed clay, creating a striking contrast between its minimalist design and the depth of its texture. Its range of red and ochre tones will bring elegance and character to your interior. It will create a strong focal point in a hallway or a warm ambiance in your living room.
