The Pillar table light is a true dialogue between past and present, inspired by the beauty and architectural power of the city of Rome. Cose in Corso translates these lines into everyday objects.

The Pillar evokes the ruin of an ancient column or podium, once crowned with a statue. Crafted in glazed ceramic, it stands out with a subtle contrast of colors and textures, merging a Nordic minimalist aesthetic with Italian design from the 1980s. Every detail is meticulously considered to provide a sculptural presence, embodying a poetic and timeless elegance.

The light that illuminates Rome's ancient monuments shifts with the seasons. Cose in Corso’s third collection, Fragma, is inspired by a winter walk through the cold Eternal City. The designers aim to reintroduce poetry into the creative process. Each collection draws inspiration from history, archaeology, and geography, aiming to translate the essence of a region into physical form.
