The "Ombrellina" ceramic table lamp, a name inspired by the Italian word for "sunshade," is designed by Mattina Moderna. Based in the south of France, this mother-daughter duo infuses the Ombrellina light with their sunny aesthetic.

The base of the Ombrellina lamp is an elegant cylinder covered with vertical burgundy and white stripes, reminiscent of beach parasols. The flat top edge, painted in a delicate light blue, evokes the softness of the summer sky. The shade, in seaweed-colored cotton, is supported by a slender metal rod, creating a harmonious contrast with the colorful base.

Mattina Moderna is a French slow design studio founded in 2020, creating collectible objects in very limited series. Adopting a sustainable approach to their creative process, the studio begins by designing its pieces in 3D models, then handcrafts them to order.
