Atelier Areti was founded by two sisters, Gwendolyn and Guillane Kerschbaumer, architects and designers. Areti means "excellence" and "virtue" in Greek. Areti lights are beautiful, useful, well-designed and durable at the same time. All are made using environmentally friendly processes by craftsmen or small factories in Germany and Sweden.

The Octopus floor light by Atelier Areti is made in powder coated metal with a blown glass globe.
