The MANTIS BS1 floor lamp was designed in 1951 by Bernard Schottlander. Artist and engineer, he developed a clever pivot-counterweight system and used flexible and resistant metal rods. The lampshade, projected like an acrobat in the air, is both poetic and elegant. 

The Mantis BS1 floor lamp rotates at 360° degrees, allowing you to easily direct the light in the direction you prefer. 

Available in two versions :

BS1A : With the traditional tripod base (adjustable height 155-170cm, 360° rotation)

BS1B : With a space saving cast steel base (adjustable height 150-165cm)

Bulb specification : E14 max 11W LED (not included).
