CACTUS FLOOR LIGHT by Mickael Koska

This piece is part of the Cactus collection, inspired by the unique light of the South of France.

Mickaël Koska’s encounter with a glass artisan inspired him to capture the oscillations and reflections of the Mediterranean landscape. Striped, smoked, or transparent glass rods are assembled into the shape of an elegant and refined cactus, revealing their singularity when illuminated. All the textures of the glass are projected onto the surrounding environment. 

Mickaël Koska is a free-spirited designer inspired by the contours of landscapes, their hidden resources, and the pure lines they reveal. He works in collaboration with French manufacturers to preserve traditional craftsmanship.
