Shoemaker Stool, Form and Refine.

The Shoemaker Stool is a true classic made in Denmark since 1936, where it is still produced at the local Form and Refine woodworking factory.

The seat is formed from a single piece of solid wood - a process which may appear simple, but is technically difficult to master. The piece of solid wood must be carved very precisely to ensure the greatest comfort. The legs are made in turned wood and the piece is finished by hand before going into a three-step process or staining or oiling. 

The Shoemaker stool is available in several finishes: white oiled beech,  black stained beech, natural oiled oak, smoked oak, white oiled oak.
