Maire Desk, Margaux Keller Collections.

The Maïre desk takes its name from the island of Maïre, off the coast of Marseille, in the south of France. It is a sculptural, organic piece ; the main top is enhanced by a smaller top whose shape suggests the curving shores of an island. The desk is made in painted solid ash, sourced from sustainably managed French forests. The painted finish reveals the natural grain of the wood.

The desk comes in two dimensions and in various different colours. 

Each piece is made in a family workshop in France.
